  • Yes, we provide both a url and a QR code for said URL to link to your activation. You can choose to use the provided QR code or take the URL to your preferred QR code creator. Syndesi will direct scanners to the appropriate activation and give you engagement analytics for both options.

  • You customize things like the number of winners, the number of losers, how and when participants will be notified, and the prizes they will receive and the software does the rest. Participants only need access to a smart phone to activate!

  • You can cancel whenever from within your user portal without penalty. Your billing will immediately stop. If you run into issues, email your customer success rep and they can help you out.

  • Yes, we do! You can sign up and run your first activation for free without putting a credit card down. Click the button on the top right corner of the header to start the process.

  • Yes. We do not engage in non-consensual collecting, mining, or brokering any customer data to third parties. Our data collection is both consensual and limited to those participating in activations.

  • No, Syndesi app is intended to be used in the browser and is mobile responsive.

  • If you plan to engage consumers in person then you should have some way of displaying the associated QR code with a call to action. That may be a sign, a video board graphic or a leaflet. We do not provide design or print options.

  • Not at the moment. However, your participant list can be exported via .csv from the tool and fed into your existing CRM.

  • No. We provide you with a hyperlink for each promotion and a QR code built on said hyperlink. You can use the links in the absence of codes to embed online, or take them to your own QR code generator. They will still send users to the pre-selected promotion of your choice.

  • Unfortunately not at the moment. Our solution is only available for those within the US.
